Graffam helped build the Westbrook College athletics program from the ground up in the early 1990's before its merger with UNE in 1996. As the Wildcats' men's basketball coach, Graffam guided the program to nearly 150 victories in six seasons, including three consecutive Mayflower Conference championships leading to berths to the NAIA National Championship.
