Over her career, MacDonald totaled 170 goals, 79 assists and 249 points – each of which rank her second all-time in those categories. Perhaps what makes those numbers even more impressive is the fact she missed one complete season due to injury.
 
MacDonald holds the program mark for points in a single season with 86 in 2005, and totaled 10 or more points in a game four times during her career, including 12 in a contest March 18, 2008 versus Saint Joseph's College to share the single-game record. A three-time all-Commonwealth Coast Conference selection, MacDonald is the Nor'easters' career leader in points per game.
