Previous Coaching Experience
Rondeau comes to UNE after six seasons (2014-20) at Saint Joseph's College of Maine [NCAA III], first as assistant and then three as associate head coach. Prior to that, she led Bonny Eagle High School girls varsity for seven years (2007-14), and was a girls JV assistant at Portland High School before that (2003-07). Rondeau began her coaching as an assistant at St. Joe's in 2002-03.

Competitive Experience / Education
Rondeau (formerly Picard) played four years of both basketball and softball at SJC from 1998-02, and was inducted into the Monks' Hall of Fame in 2009. On the basketball court, she averaged 11.2 points and 4.9 rebounds, totaling 1,203 points over 107 games. The two-time all-conference selection was also an All-America pick in 2000-01. She was a three-time all-conference catcher on the diamond, batting .345 over 159 games and racking up 116 runs batted in, 103 runs scored, and 41 stolen bases. Rondeau graduated in 2002 with a bachelor's degree in elementary education.
