Coaching Experience
Stailey was the head coach at Newbury College [NCAA III] from 2013-16. Before that, he led the University of Connecticut-Avery Point [NJCAA] for five seasons (2008-13), guiding the program to an 80-35 record in that time.

Education
Stailey is a 2001 graduate of Lock Haven University with a bachelor's degree in health & physical education. He attained a master's degree in management of sport industries from the University of New Haven in 2008.
