SPRINGFIELD, Mass. -- University of New England sophomore guard Abby Cavallaro and senior guards Jocelyn Chaput and Sadie Nelson have been noted with all-conference accolades from the nine head coaches in the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC), as 2019-20 women's basketball honors were announced on Monday (Feb. 24) by CCC Associate Commissioner Doug Chin.

Cavallaro received a 1st Team nod, Chaput took a spot on the 2nd Team, and Nelson garnered 3rd Team status.

Between the trio, they have eight all-conference selections to their credit in nine opportunities (Cavallaro 2/2, Chaput the last 3, and Nelson 3/3).

The Nor'easters carry the No.4 seed into the 2020 CCC Women's Basketball Championship which begins on Tuesday (7 p.m.) with a home date against fifth-seeded Gordon College [Interactive Bracket]. UNE finished strong to sweep the Fighting Scots during the regular season by scores of 58-50 and 77-55.
