2009: played in 91 of 94 sets... ranked second on the team in kills (165) and service aces (31)... had 195 digs on the season... recorded 11 kills in a shutout of Regis, and was chosen TCCC Rookie of the Week for the period ending September 21... posted six aces in a 3-0 win over Eastern Nazarene... collected 15 digs as UNE blanked St. Joe's late in the season... named the team's Rookie of the Year.

High School: Vice President of National Honor Society while attending Merrimack High School... served as captain of the volleyball team... won Most Valuable Player and Most Improved Player awards during her career... garnered the Principal's Academic Award... helped teach a class at MIT.

Personal: daughter of Jean and Kevin Cashell... majoring in pharmacy... served as assistant coach for a Special Olympics team... helped raise money for breast cancer awareness... helped care for abused animals.
