Personal: her parents are Maria and Rick Hecker... an athletic training major... her sister, Renee, played soccer at Concordia University Wisconsin... a Dean's List student all semesters, 2-time member of the CCC Academic All-Conference Team, and inductee into the Chi Alpha Sigma National College Athlete Honor Society... was named as the Athletic Training Student of the Year for 2015-16... involved with UNE's Athletic Training Club and is president of Intervarsity... vice president of Alpha Chi... serves as a tour guide for Admissions.

Prior to UNE: was a four-year varsity performer while at Lutheran North High School... served as a captain her senior season when she was named all-league, all-nation and all-Catholic.
