Previous Coaching Experience
O'Neil is assisting current head coach, Carly Gettler, at a second institution. After spending two seasons (2013-14) at Husson University [NCAA III], she joined the Nor'easter staff for the 2017 campaign. O'Neil has been an integral part of UNE's two conference championships in 2018 and 2019.

Competitive Experience / Education
O'Neil played in 67 games for the Eagles from 2009-12 (one for Gettler), starting at defense during her last two seasons. As a senior, she served as a captain and received second team all-conference recognition. O'Neil graduated from Husson in 2014 with a bachelor's degree in elementary education.
