Coaching Experience
Bailey is back on the UNE bench for a second season, after several years away from the game. She served as head coach of the Nor'easters from 1996-98, and has also previously worked with the pitchers at NCAA Division I Maine.
Playing Experience
Bailey is one of the most decorated players to ever don a UNE softball uniform. She was a dominant pitcher and feared hitter who was a two-time NAIA District 5 Player of the Year and NAIA District 5 Rookie of the Year in 1990. She was inducted into UNE's Hall of Fame in 2009.
Education
Bailey graduated from UNE in 1993 with a bachelor's degree in physical therapy.
