Charity Camire '02

A 2002 graduate of the University, Camire recently completed her first season as Head Softball Coach.  She led the Nor'easters to a 24-14 record and two wins in The Commonwealth Coast Conference Tournament.  Four of her players made the all-conference team.

Camire (formerly Charity LaBelle) had an impressive playing career for the Nor'easters after transferring from Thomas College.  In her two seasons for the Nor'easters, she compiled a 12-5 record with a 1.36 earned run average, striking out 111 batters in 118 innings of work.  Her first season at UNE (2001) saw her post a 6-1 record and 0.86 ERA.

A Biddeford, Maine native, Camire starred on the softball diamond for the Tigers.
