Sessa played in 125 games for the Nor'easters from 2016-19, totaling 57 hits and 41 runs, and posting 0.955 fielding percentage over 352 plays (mostly at second base). She was an all-conference third team selection in 2018. Sessa graduated with a bachelor's degree in applied exercise science. She then earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Plymouth State University in 2022.
