Playing Experience
Mortensen played four seasons (2010-13) on the infield for NCAA Division III Husson University. In a career of 168 games with the Eagles, she batted .333 with 155 hits, 105 runs batted in, 104 runs scored, and 31 doubles. On defense, Mortensen made just 16 errors in 515 chances from the left side of the diamond. The four-time North Atlantic Conference (NAC) first team all-league selection was chosen NAC Player of the Year in 2011 and tabbed NAC Rookie of the Year in 2010.
Education
Mortensen earned a bachelor's degree in educational studies from Husson in 2013.
