Coaching Experience
Derr joined the UNE staff as the men's assistant coach and women's goalkeeper coach in 2010, and now works in an assistant coach capacity with just the women's team. He is also going on three years as Boys Varsity Assistant at Osyter River High School (N.H.), and is still active with the SoccerPlus Camps (Conn.) -- a program he has been involved with for 11 years. Additionally, Derr has spent time at Northfield Mount Hermon School (Mass.), and with Maine's Olympic Development Program and Coastal Soccer Club (Seacoast United Maine).
Playing Experience
Derr played four years as starting goalkeeper at NCAA Division III Bowdoin College, and still maintains the program's career records for wins (42), shutouts (21), and minutes played (5333).
Education
Derr graduated from Bowdoin in 2003. He also has an NSCAA Advanced National Diploma, an NSCAA Advanced Goalkeeping Diploma, and holds a USSF National C License.
