Biography
2011: saw time in 18 games for the Nor'easters where he lead his team in caused turnovers (26) and was second on the team in ground balls (48)... received honorable mention all-CCC last season as well as received honorable mention from Inside Lacrosse Magazine Preseason all- American.
2010: played in all 17 games for UNE and was first on the team in caused turnovers with 33... also credited wtih 55 ground balls.
2009: played in 14 games for UNE.
Prior to UNE: was a high honors student and member of the Principal's List while attending Catholic Memorial High School... served as captain of the lacrosse team his senior season.
Personal: the son of Barbara and Charles Dowd... dean's list student... majoring in applied exercise science...serving as team captain this season... active member in the applied exercise science club.
