Personal: the son of Christine and John Schena... majoring in business... a Dean's List student and member of the CCC Academic All-Conference Team... his older sister, Nicole, played three seasons of field hockey at UNE (Class of 2018), and his father played football at the University of Massachusetts-Lowell.

Prior to UNE: attended Stevenson University for one year, and Wesleyan University (Conn.) for one... played football and ice hockey at Wesleyan... graduated high school from Phillips Exeter Academy, where he played varsity football (4 years), ice hockey (4 years), and baseball (1 year).
