Previous Coaching Experience
Ross came to UNE after one season (2018-19) as assistant at Southern New Hampshire University [NCAA II]. Prior to that, he led Medway High School to one league championship and six runners-up, a pair of sectional titles, and the finals for the Massachusetts Division 3 in 2012.

Competitive Experience / Education
Ross played four years of ice hockey at Merrimack College [NCAA I] from 1991-95, appearing in 60 games. He graduated with a bachelor's degree in marketing.
