2012-13: played in 24 of 25 games, drawing 23 starting assignments... led the team with 76 assists... played all 40 minutes in a game three times... his best game was a 12-point, 9-assist effort versus Nichols.

Prior to UNE: attended Elms College in 2011-12... played a total of 20 games for the Blazers... graduated from Vacaville Christian School in California, where he was a first team all-league selection his junior and senior seasons... led California high school players in assists his senior year (4th in the nation)... named team MVP his sophomore, junior and senior years.

Personal: the son of Ann Pearson and Douglas Abel... majoring in applied exercise science... has volunteered at and directed a kids' basketball camp in California.
