2014-15: was one of three players to start all 27 games... led the team in scoring (15.6 ppg) and three-point field goals made (70)... had several monster games, including a 36-point gem versus Bates -- was 6 of 7 from beyond the arc and 10 of 12 at the line in that contest... poured in 31 points against Middlebury in the championship game of the Ramada Roundball Invitational.. tallied 20 or more points eight times... achieved All-CCC Third Team and Academic All-Conference honors... was named to the NABC Honors Court

2013-14: played in eight games before suffering a season-ending injury... averaged 13.9 points and 3.1 assists while shooting 41.8 percent from beyond the three-point line... scored in double digits seven of the eight contests... had a season-high 21 points with five 3-pointers versus Western New England...served as a tri-captain.

2012-13: had a celebrated rookie season, leading the team in scoring average (13.7), three-point field goals (53) and free throw percentage (83.3)... scored in double digits in 18 of the team's 25 games, including 20 or more on six occasions... poured in a season-high 25 points on 9-for-15 shooting in a 78-76 win over Endicott... selected CCC Rookie of the Week three times... named to the all-rookie team for the Maine Men's Basketball Coaches and Writers Association... chosen the team's Rookie of the Year... named UNE Male Rookie Athlete of the Year.

Prior to UNE: has an outstanding playing career at St. Mary's High School in Lynn, Mass... was a three-year all-conference performer and Eastern Massachusetts all-star... his team won the state championship his senior year... chosen MVP of the Agganis All-Star Game... played four years of varsity baseball.

Personal: his parents are Jean and Robert Thompson... majoring in applied exercise science (pre-physical therapy) and is a Dean's List student... a member of the Applied Exercise Science Club and a student personal trainer...has volunteered with Special Olympics... will serve as a team captain this year.
