Personal: the son of Christine Harkins Berman and Eliot Berman... majoring in applied exercise science... his mother was a four-year member of the crew team at Simmons College.

Prior to UNE: four years of varsity football and lacrosse at Bow High School... football senior captain and all-state performer, participant on back-to-back state runner-up teams, and played in the Shrine All-Star Game... in lacrosse, was a two-year captain with all-state accolades and appeared in the Twin State All-Star Game.
