Previous Coaching Experience
Paradise came to UNE from two seasons (2018-19) as a graduate assistant coach at nationally-ranked John Carroll University [NCAA III], primarily working with running backs. He spent the previous two seasons (2016-17) as an assistant coach at Muhlenberg College [NCAA III], focused on the tight ends and fullbacks.

Competitive Experience / Education
Paradise played four seasons (2012-15) of tight end at Becker College [NCAA III] for current UNE head coach Mike Lichten, and started as a senior. He graduated with a bachelor's degree in business administration in 2016. He earned a master's degree in business from John Carroll in 2020.
