Personal: the daughter of Justine Macris... majoring in applied social and cultural studies... a Dean's List student... her mother played soccer and basketball at Trinity College.

Prior to UNE: attended the University of Evansville for one year... graduated high school from the Lyndon Institute (Vt.)... three seasons of varsity softball, with all-state honorable mention and all-league nods... also part of a state championship softball team... three years of varsity basketball, with one first team all-league selection, and participated on a state championship team... three years of varsity track & field, with a state championship in the javelin as a senior and the Outstanding Female Athlete honor as a sophomore at the state Division II meet.
