2013: played in a total of 32 games, drawing 18 starts... batted .254 with 15 runs batted in... was chosen second team all-conference as a utility player... had a monster game versus St. Joseph's of Maine, cracking a grand slam and a solo home run.
Prior to UNE: was a four-year varsity starter at South Kingstown High School, where she was a two-year team captain... named first team all-division her senior year and second team all-division her junior year... played travel softball for the ITZ Lightning.
Personal: the daughter of Virginia and Frank Bolano... majoring in medical biology with a minor in sociology... studied aboard in Spain in the fall of 2013... volunteer at South County Hospital and Kent County Hospital in R.I.
