BRISTOL, R.I. – Roger Williams tacked on 14 goals during the first half, eventually cruising to an 18-5 win over the University of New England women's lacrosse team in Saturday afternoon's Conference of New England meeting at Bayside Field.

Six different Hawks tallied multiple goals, led by Mia Pantano and Miranda Hayes, who each scored three.
Morgan White scored two goals for UNE (6-8-1, 4-3-1 CNE), with her first going down as the 150th of her career. White is the fourth player in program history to reach that milestone.

White's first goal was sandwiched between runs of 5-0 and 13-0 for Roger Williams (9-6, 7-1 CNE) before the Nor'easters scored the game's last four.

In addition to her three goals, Hayes powered the Hawks to an 18-7 edge in draw controls with 12. Jamie Anthony, another multi-goal scorer, came up with a game-best four groundballs, where Roger Williams had a 30-20 advantage. RWU goalkeeper Zoey Cormican made six saves while allowing just one goal in three quarters of action.

UNE's four consecutive goals began with one from
Barrie Guertin, continued with tallies from
Ella Cloutier and
Chloe Ryan, and was capped off by White's second of the day with less than 30 seconds remaining.
