BIDDEFORD, Maine – Two late goals lifted Suffolk to a 2-0 Conference of New England victory over the University of New England men's soccer team on Tuesday at Hazard Field.

Mohamed Mehaya scored the go-ahead goal in the 82nd minute before Dylan Trachtenberg tacked on another with just three seconds remaining.

The Rams (9-3-2, 4-2-0) had an 8-2 advantage in shots on goal and a 16-8 edge in total shots.
Sean MacDonald made three saves in each half for the Nor'easters (2-8-3, 0-5-1) to keep Suffolk off the board for the majority of the contest.

UNE had a final opportunity in the 89th minute with a corner kick, but was unable to find the equalizer against Ian Caldwell, who made to saves on the evening to earn the shutout.
