GORHAM, Maine -- The University of Southern Maine women's ice hockey team scored four goals in the final period to rally past the University of New England for a 5-3 non-conference victory Tuesday afternoon (Jan. 2) at the USM Ice Arena.
The Huskies improved their record to 7-5-1 overall, while the Nor'easters slid under the .500 mark to fall to 5-6-3.
After Amanda Crowley scored for USM early in the third to even the score (2-2), UNE's

Kane doubled the UNE lead early in the second before Morgan Rochefort got the Huskies on the scoreboard midway through the period, setting the stage for the hosts' four-goal barrage in the final stanza.
