WEST SPRINGFIELD, Mass. -- Five different players scored as No.11 University of New England rattled off six unanswered goals to defeat Western New England University, 6-1, in the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) men's ice hockey opener at the Olympia Ice Center on Friday night (Nov. 3).
The Golden Bears struck first with 5:33 gone on the tally from Brayden Patricia, but the lead only lasted until the 7:08 mark when UNE got on the board with a power-play goal by defenseman
