NEWPORT, R.I. – The University of New England and Salve Regina University played to a 1-1 draw in Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) women's soccer action at Reynolds Field on Saturday afternoon.
 
After a scoreless first half, Riley Dunphy found Tori Keyes for her third goal of the season to put the Nor'easters in front 1-0 in the 54th minute. The lead lasted until the 88th minute when Hannah Daniewicz scored an unassisted goal on a free kick from 30 yards to knot the game for the Seahawks.
 
UNE out-shot Salve Regina 16-11 on the day overall and 7-5 on goal. Sydney Gillingham made four saves, and the Nor'easters also had two team defensive saves. Reagan Moffatt stopped four shots for the Seahawks.
 
The Nor'easters return to action at home on Wednesday afternoon against Husson at 4 p.m.
