BRISTOL, R.I. -- Roger Williams University chalked up a 3-0 decision (25-17, 25-11, 25-16) versus the University of New England in Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) women's volleyball action Saturday afternoon (Sep. 25) at the Campus Rec Center.
Winners of the first two within league competition, the Hawks improve to 2-6 overall. The Nor'easters slip to 4-8 (0-2 CCC).
Kristen Dansereau and Katherine Pickard put up 13 and 10 kills, respectively, with the help of many of the 29 assists from Kate Porter. Jaime Gaffga had 16 digs for the hosts, who limited their opponents to a sub-zero hitting percentage. Roger Williams attacked at a .303 clip in the match.

Lauren Davenport registered four kills, while
Stephanie Erickson added three along with a couple solo blocks.
Addie Miller totaled 12 assists.
Paige Weatherbee saved 14 digs and
Morgan Lynch picked up 10 more.
The Nor'easters return home to face Curry College in a CCC outing on Tuesday (7 p.m.).
