The two-time defending champion Nor'easters finish the season at 12-6-1 overall.

Sarina Olson lofted a ball from near midfield ahead of the defense to Leah Yucius (CCC 2nd Team). Yucius tapped the ball just past a charging Sydney Gillingham (CCC 2nd Team) to put the Hawks in front in the 31st minute.

UNE controlled possession for the most of the second half and had a few chances to tie the game. Their best opportunity came during a scramble in front of the goal after a corner kick, but Morgan McCutcheon was able to make two quick saves to keep the Nor'easters off the board.

Raffaella Brunetti added a goal in the 86th minute off a pass ahead from Bianca Robbins (CCC Offensive Player of the Year), who provided an assist on each of the Hawks' tallies.

Shots favored the Nor'easters 11-9 overall, but Roger Williams held a 6-5 advantage on goal. McCutcheon finished with five saves, while Gillingham had four.
