Katie Beaudoin provided all the scoring with her team-leading sixth goal of the season to lift the University of New England over Husson 1-0 in women's soccer action on Saturday.
Following a scoreless first half that saw the Nor'easters out shoot the Eagles 14-1, Beaudoin put UNE in front in the 56
th minute.
The Nor'easters dominated offensive play all afternoon and held a 27-2 advantage in shots, and 13-1 on-goal in the match.
Jenna Pannone was untested as she played the first 45 minutes in net for UNE.
Sydney Gillingham stopped the only shot she faced. Shie Smith had 11 saves for Husson.
UNE returns to action at home on Wednesday, Oct. 2 against Colby a 7 p.m.
