BIDDEFORD, Maine -- Maddie Neuberger, Lara LoIacono, and Katherine Pickard combined for 46.5 points as Roger Williams University claimed a 3-0 Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) women's volleyball result (25-17, 25-21, 25-14) against the University of New England on Saturday afternoon (Nov. 2) at the Harold Alfond Forum.
The Hawks (13-13, 6-2 CCC) secure the No.2 seed for the upcoming conference tournament, which begins on Tuesday. The Nor'easters (15-6, 4-4 CCC) will enter the postseason as the fifth seed, and head for Salve Regina University in the opening round.
RWU received a double-double of 15 kills and 13 digs out of LoIacono, and another 12 winners from Pickard. Neuberger added seven kills, six aces, and factored in five of the team's 10 blocks. Julia Fields framed the attack with 32 assists.

Paige Simoneau and
Katie Flynn each tallied eight kills.
Sydney Christiansen and
Kayla Burdick went for 17 and nine assists, respectively, while
Katie Marsh recorded a match-best 15 digs from the back line.
Claire Alden led the squad with a pair of service winners.
