BOSTON -- The Emerson College women's volleyball team picked up a 3-0 result (25-12, 25-18, 25-20) against the University of New England on Saturday afternoon (Oct. 19) at Brown & Plofker Gym.

Grace Tepper had a team-high seven kills for the Lions (15-5), who received 20 assists from Caroline Bond. Jessica Braunstein dropped in four service aces and Jillian Kay had a hand in seven blocks. Grace Hutchinson notched eight digs.

For the Nor'easters (14-3), Paige Simoneau and Katie Flynn each tallied five kills. Flynn led the defensive effort with 10 digs, and Sydney Christiansen supported with 14 assists and nine digs. Stephanie Erickson factored in six blocks.

UNE visits Curry College for a Commonwealth Coast Conference match on Tuesday.
