MILTON, Mass. – The University of New England men's soccer team got back in the win column with a 2-0 victory over Curry College in Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) men's soccer action on Saturday night.
 
Callum Heaslewood put the Nor'easters (2-7, 1-2 CCC) on the board in the last minute of the first half with a penalty kick. In the 61st minute, Tanner Figueiredo headed home his first career goal off a free kick by Lee Esposito to extend the UNE lead to 2-0.
 
Nathan Delesdernier made four saves to pick up his first win of the year.
 
The Nor'easters return to the field on Monday, Oct. 1 at home against the University of Southern Maine. Kickoff at Barbara J. Hazard Field is set for 6:30 p.m.
