PROVIDENCE, R.I. -- After dropping the first set, Johnson & Wales University was able to win three straight to earn a 3-1 victory over the University of New England in women's volleyball action Saturday morning (Oct. 3) on the second day of JWU's Wildcat Classic. Set scores were 21-25, 25-18, 25-14, and 25-14. 

The Wildcats improve their overall record to 10-5 with the win, while the Nor'easters drop to 3-8. 

Courtney Lambrese tallied a match-high 13 kills for UNE, while also contributing nine digs and two aces. Grayson Szczepaniak aided the attack with 10 kills of her own, and Brooke Gibbons notched 24 assists.
