BOSTON -- The University of New England and Wentworth Institute of Technology played through 110 minutes of Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) men's soccer action to a 0-0 draw on Tuesday evening (Oct. 29), as the regular season came to a close at Sweeney Field.
With the tie, the Leopards (2-14-1, 2-6-1 CCC) secure the final spot in the upcoming CCC Championship, which begins Saturday.
The result brings Big Blue's 2013 campaign to an end, as the Nor'easters finished with an overall ledger of 6-8-4 and league mark of 1-6-2.
