Men's soccer player Kiel Hiller has been chosen University of New England Athlete of the Month for September.

Hiller, a sophomore forward from Galloway, N.J., helped lead the Nor'easters to their best start (7-2) in 20 years, scoring seven goals and handing out four assists to total 18 points.

He tallied the lone goal in a 1-0 win over TCCC opponent Eastern Nazarene College, and also had two-goal performances versus Newbury College and Regis College.
