Women's cross country runner Jess Partlow has been selected University of New England Athlete of the Month for September.  Partlow, a first-year student from Hopkinton, N.H., earned three The Commonwealth Coast Conference (TCCC) Rookie of the Week awards and was chosen TCCC Runner of the Week once in September.
