Gillingham was on five rosters at UNE from 2019 through 2023, which included one season under current head coach, AJ Stueck. The goalkeeper appeared in 50 career games for the Nor'easters, starting in 44, and remains in the top five in program history in goals against average (0.89) and save percentage (.835). Nine of her 12 shutouts came during the 2021 campaign, when she logged the third-longest consecutive shutout minutes streak (380:41) -- and she had two more greater than 300 minutes later in the season. Gillingham was a two-time all-conference performer, and a third team all-region honoree in 2021. She earned a bachelor's degree in health, wellness, and occupational studies in 2023, and then proceeded to complete a master's in occupational therapy in 2025.
