Previous Coaching Experience
Halligan spent three seasons (2021-23) as an assistant with the men's program at Saint Joseph's College [NCAA III]. He was previously with the Nor'easters for four years (2017-20), and the 10 seasons prior to that (2007-16) as an assistant with the women's program at the University of Southern Maine [NCAA III].
Competitive Experience / Education
Halligan was on the roster for one season (2001) at the University of North Carolina-Charlotte [NCAA I], and then played three years (2002-04) at the University of Maine [NCAA I]. He received a bachelor's degree in history from UMaine in 2005, and later earned a master's degree in recreation and sport science at Ohio University in 2017.
