Personal: her parents are Elaine and Brian Jewett... majoring in psychology, with a minor in philosophy... a member of the CHC All-Academic Team... her brother, Chris, is currently a member of both the cross country and track & field programs at Northeastern University... active with UNE's Mellow Meditators Club, and volunteers at St. Andre Health Care in Biddeford.

Prior to UNE: participated in ice hockey and track & field at Woburn Memorial High School... senior ice hockey captain of the Massachusetts Division 1 champions... two-time league all-star, Boston Globe All-Scholastic, and Boston Herald Dream Team... track captain and part of the league champions squad.
