2014: started all 24 games as a defender... tallied one goal and two assists.

2013: drew 21 starts while playing in all of the Nor'easters' 23 games... scored one goal and had one assist... led the team with two defensive saves.

2012: played in nine contests for the Nor'easters.

Prior to UNE: a three-year field hockey player, four-year basketball player, and four-year golfer at Quabbin Regional HS... captained all three teams as a senior.

Personal: the daughter of Shawna and Michael Kowal... majoring in applied exercise science... active with Cycle for Care and Relay for Life... has volunteered locally at the Biddeford Primary School... is a Dean's List student.
