Personal: the daughter of Sarah and Antonio Abrantes... majoring in medical biology.

Prior to UNE: earned a total of 11 varsity letters as a cross country runner, skiing and track athlete at Lake George High School... served as a captain for both the cross country and track teams... qualified for the state championship and was a three-year all-league performer in cross country... was a state qualifier in track for both the mile and two mile.
