On the Course: has run in 18 events through three seasons, with a scoring role for the team 15 times and nine top 10's... [2016] all-conference honoree after placing 5th, behind four teammates, at the CCC Championship... also took 4th at the UNE Invitational and 6th at the Pop Crowell Invitational... [2015] all-conference nod for a 6th-place finish at the CCC Championship... also 8th at the Pop Crowell Invitational... [2014] Commonwealth Coast Conference Rookie of the Year and all-conference distinction for 5th-place effort at the CCC Championship... scored for the team in all seven races... took 2nd in a field of 149 at the Pop Crowell Invitational, fractions of a second behind a teammate... included in four top 10's were the UNE Invitational (5th) and ECAC Championship (9th)... honored as All-ECAC, along with the CCC Rookie of the Week three times and ECAC Rookie of the Week twice.

Personal: her parents are Deyanira and Jeffery Waters... majoring in oceanography, with a minor in applied mathematics... a Dean's List student and member of the CCC Academic All-Conference Team... named the Oceanography Student of the Year as a junior... volunteer with the Animal Welfare Society.

Prior to UNE: participated in cross country, indoor and outdoor track while at nearby Massabesic High School... chosen the Most Improved Person her sophomore and junior cross country seasons... served as a captain for the cross country and track teams... earned Athlete of the Month honors for cross country.
