Personal: his parents are Theresa and Timothy Benoit... majoring in both medical biology and sociology... a Dean's List student, member of the CCC Academic All-Conference Team, and inductee into the Chi Alpha Sigma National College Athlete Honor Society... received the Junior Achievement Award... active with UNE's Hunger Initiative, the Pre-Med Club, and is a tutor in the Student Academic Support Center.
Prior to UNE: was an all-state and all-division performer while at South Kingstown High School.
