On the Course: completed in 24 races over four seasons... [2014] earned the squad's Most Improved Runner Award.

Personal: the son of Janice and Michael Lambrecht... majoring in medical biology, with a minor in chemistry... a Dean's List student, 2-time member of the CCC Academic All-Conference Team, and inductee into the Chi Alpha Sigma National College Athlete Honor Society... active with UNE's Philosophy Club and Meditation Club.

Prior to UNE: participated in varsity cross country and track & field at Plymouth Regional High School.
