Personal: the son of Henry Zalman... majoring in pharmacy... a Dean's List student, 2-time member of the CCC Academic All-Conference Team, and inductee into the Chi Alpha Sigma National College Athlete Honor Society.

Prior to UNE: earned 12 varsity letters as a cross country and track and field athlete (indoor, outdoor) while at Nashua South High School... served as a captain... received the Coach's Award for indoor track his senior year... finished fifth in the state in the 800-meter his senior outdoor track season.
