2009: competed in a total of five races, posting a season-best time of 34:18 at the Pop Crowell Invitational... recorded a time of 34:21 at Westfield State.

High School: graduated with highest honors from Edward Little High School... earned the James Hachey Award and Edward Little Business Award... qualified for the Kennebec Valley Athletic Conference all-academic team... earned varsity letters in hockey, track and cross country... was captain of the cross country team.

Personal: son of Kelly and Gerard St. Denis... is undeclared in his studies... has volunteered with Big Brothers/Big Sisters and the Center for Prevention of Hate Violence... is very involved in the campus community including serving on the Relay for Life Committee, co-president of Make-a-Wish, the college community mentor program, is a UNE Orientation Leader, and serving as a resident advisor.
