High School: graduated on the Principal's List (highest honors) from Schuylkill Valley High School... holds the school record in the two-mile... honored for outstanding scholastic achievement by the state of Pennsylvania... qualified for States in the 3,200-meter run... served as captain of the track and field team... named Most Improved Runner in cross country her first season... was Secretary of National Honor Society and Student Athletic Training Club... was part of numberous clubs and organizations including Berks Operation Enduring Freedom, American Cancer Society, Welfare of Animals Group, Panthorette (school newspaper), Literary Magazine, Panthers on Parade and the Spanish Club.
Personal: the daughter of Glenn Sweigert... majoring in pre-pharmacy... has volunteered for the Reading Fair and Northern Berks Food Pantry.
