Biography
2009: was just one of three runners to compete in all eight of the team's events... broke the 30-minute barrier at the NCAA Regional (29:13) and the TCCC Championship (29:17)... qualified for the TCCC academic all-conference team... received the team's Coach's Award.
2008: ran in all nine events, including the ECAC Championship and NCAA Regional races... posted his fastest time of the season (28:59) at the Maine State Championship Meet.
2007: competed in seven races for the Nor'easters, including the NCAA Regionals, where he ran a season-best 28:08.9... placed 22nd overall at the TCCC Championship, running a 29:59.
