Personal: the daughter of Cara and Gary Kane... majoring in medical biology... her sister, Michaela, recently graduated from four years of ice hockey at Saint Anselm College.

Prior to UNE: four years of varsity ice hockey and softball while at Haverhill High School (Mass.)... as a senior, MCV/DCL Division 1 Player of the Year, Eagle Tribune Player of the Year, Boston Herald Dream Team, and Boston Globe All-Scholastics Team... conference all-star as both a junior and sophomore... two-year captain in hockey, and one in softball.
